Refunds

We offer all users* who purchase our course a 14-day period from the date of purchase to request a full refund with no questions asked. Please email us at [email protected] with the subject "Refund". Please include your full name & email used on the account. If account sharing or group use is detected, your account and course materials will be revoked with no refund.

*Users that have finished the course and received their certificate of completion are not eligible for a refund, even if they are within that 14-day period.

Payment Plan

When choosing a payment plan to purchase a course, you agree to allow WhatIsRpa.com to automatically charge your bank card the selected number of recurring payments. If a payment fails we will automatically retry processing your card.
